About us

The Benefit Boutique is a full-service, woman-owned, HUB – certified Employee Benefits Brokerage.

Our President and CEO, Daris Frencha entered the employee benefit industry in 2012, specializing in legal and identity theft protection as voluntary benefits. At the time, the coverage was very forward thinking, innovative and much needed by American Families. They still are today! These benefits were also a great, affordable way for a company to enhance their benefit package.

Fast forward to 2020, after enduring so many things personally and professionally, Daris re-evaluated her personal purpose and business strategy. And The Benefit Boutique was born!
